American Eagle Materials Arizona founded in 2022 in Phoenix, has established itself as a key player in the construction industry. Over the past two years, we have contributed to high-profile projects like the VAI Resort, 303 Freeway expansion and SunZia West infrastructure development.
With two fixed locations in the Metro Phoenix and one in Marana, our company offers flexible on-site concrete batching solutions and specializes in Custom Foam, Stucco, and toll bagging services. American Eagle Materials Arizona is dedicated to providing quality materials and custom solutions for a wide range of construction needs, making us a trusted partner in the industry.
Sales
At American Eagle Materials, our sales team is led by Senior Sales Representative Jay Phillips and supported by Kyle Calvo, who brings a driven, customer-focused approach and a strong commitment to building lasting relationships within the industry. Together, the team is dedicated to understanding customer needs, delivering responsive service, and finding solutions for even the most challenging projects.
Backed by a diverse portfolio that includes ready-mix concrete, stucco concentrate, toll bagging, and custom foam solutions, our sales group works closely with customers to ensure quality, reliability, and innovation on every project. At American Eagle Materials, we pride ourselves on not just meeting expectations but continuing to “soar above the rest.”
Operations
The operations and production team at American Eagle Materials, under the leadership of Robert Delgado, has played a key role in the company’s rapid growth and operational success over the past four years. In addition to overseeing production operations, Robert has expanded his leadership role into transportation management, coordinating mixer drivers, jobsite logistics, and dispatch operations to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
During this period, the team has successfully erected five plants, including three fixed and two portable facilities, while continuing to expand and optimize operations across Arizona. Our Arizona operations currently feature two 12-yard central mix plants, one 11-yard dry batch plant, and a 35,000-square-foot warehouse, providing the capacity and flexibility needed to support a wide range of construction projects.
In addition, our portable plant capabilities allow us to service difficult or remote job sites where traditional offsite delivery may not be practical, ensuring dependable, high-quality materials wherever our customers need them.
Quality Control
American Eagle Materials, led by QC Manager and ARPA Technical Committee Chairperson Tracy Mattison, exemplifies unwavering dedication to quality and sustainability in construction materials. Our expertise is showcased in projects like the 303 expansion, featuring two bridge decks, demonstrating our technical prowess. Currently, we’re spearheading materials supply for the Sun Zia West project, the largest green energy initiative in the U.S., underscoring our commitment to environmental stewardship. With a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable products, American Eagle Materials not only meets but sets industry standards, ensuring our projects contribute positively to communities and the environment.
